Pioneer Technology Group Expands Across Colorado with Landmark Install in Mesa County

Landmark, a state-of-the-art land records software, has gone live in Mesa County, CO which will help to streamline interactions with public records for its citizens.

Mesa County began exploring their options for a recording system in the hopes that they could improve their workflow and provide more for their customers. The move to Landmark has done just that by providing Mesa County citizens with efficient and responsive tools, like online access to marriage license kiosks that reduce the wait time in applying for a marriage license. Using Landmark, the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder now has the ability to scan all recordable documents immediately upon receipt. As soon as a new document is recorded in Landmark, it becomes available on a public website in real time.

Sheila Reiner, the County Clerk & Recorder in Mesa County said: “My staff reports that the dashboard is a really nice feature. It is far more efficient for us to have our customers maintain their own internet account. I love being able to provide our citizens with a solution to easily access their public documents from anywhere.”

Mesa County joins a growing list of customers in Colorado to sign on for Landmark, and the 24th to go live. Pioneer is no stranger to Colorado; the City & County of Denver has received gains in efficiency from Benchmark, Pioneer’s Case Management software earlier this year. In addition to Landmark and Benchmark, Pioneer fields a suite of software solutions in the fields of tourist and bed tax collection, property deed sales, and jury management.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Pioneer, Ryan Crowley, had this to say: “Our partnerships with customers is something we take a lot of pride in and the relationship we have built with the Mesa team is no exception. We believe this to be the beginning of a long and successful partnership, and anticipate even greater developments in years to come.”
