Mansfield, OH Selected Benchmark Case Management System from Pioneer Technology Group

Mansfield Municipal Court chose Pioneer Technology Group to replace their current Court Case Management System. Benchmark will simplify The City’s court processing and improve public service for their residents and visitors of the Court.

With the installation of the Benchmark case management system, Mansfield will soon have a seamless process that manages communication from the initial life cycle of a case all the way through the final processing, including any time the case is reopened along the way. The system will also result in improved communications, more effective management of internal processes, and improved efficiencies of financial procedures and controls.

The City of Mansfield marks the seventh customer in Ohio to have chosen Benchmark, by Pioneer Technology Group. Benchmark is the industry leading case management system, and Mansfield will soon be the 79th Benchmark user in the nation. Benchmark was designed for court case management and continues to improve each year thanks to feedback from customers and a revolutionary customer service department. Pioneer Technology Group’s innovative jury processing system, Jurymark, is also live in Ohio in both Wayne and Ottawa Counties, both of which also run Benchmark for their court case management.
