Clay County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court launched a paperless tax processing system which will deliver efficiencies for the public in regard to tax deed management within a secure, state-of-the-art system.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court in Clay County has gone live with TaxSmart, Pioneer’s tax deed processing system designed to organize and streamline the often chaotic process of Florida tax deed sales. With TaxSmart the Clerks can process forms for multiple cases at once and email forms or documents directly from the app for availability on the web real time. Taxsmart will allow the Clerk’s office to better serve the residents of Clay County for years to come.

Clay County marks the eleventh customer in Florida to have chosen TaxSmart to help to improve their tax processing for the close to 200,000 citizens of the County. Clay County is also running Landmark, an industry leading official records system designed to streamline processes for recorders and assist departments in going completely paperless in the process.
