Adams County Clerk & Recorder Selects Landmark from Pioneer Technology Group to Replace Aging Software

Adams County joins the growing list of customers in Colorado to make the move to Landmark, the industry leading Land Records Management Technology.

The Adams County Clerk & Recorder has selected Landmark from Pioneer Technology Group (Pioneer) for their Recording division. Landmark brings long awaited updates to the Recorders office and will streamline online access and internal processing of real estate records.

The installation of Landmark will add efficiency to the internal processes in the Clerk’s and Recorder’s office utilizing scan first technology and electronic document stamping. The public searchers that regularly rely on the documents and information maintained by the Clerk and Recorder will have more advanced tools and the ability to access all they need online through a subscription service in real time.
