Software Support (Level 1).

 

Candidates should possess as many of the qualifying skills as possible.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to software support calls, document and provide resolution to issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the Development team.
  • Provide quality assurance and document new versions of software

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of computer skills including email and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in dealing with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast, changing environment and must be detail-oriented
  • Friendly and the ability to work in a team environment
  • 4 year college graduate

Additional Skills :

  • Prior customer support/software support experience
  • Knowledge of SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • General network (LAN/WAN) maintenance skills
