Keeping in mind the extensive and multiple DOR draft rule changes, it amazes me how quickly PTG responds to update the system. Some of these system updates are provided through webex conferences which allow various entities that participate in the VAB process a better understanding of not only the changes but the role of each entity.  In many ways it’s a custom fit. Service and trouble-shooting – there is always someone available to listen to your concerns and talk you through the processes. The test site is a valuable learning tool. It’s VAB for dummies!
