The City of Atlanta, Georgia Selected Benchmark Case Management System from Pioneer Technology Group

The City of Atlanta's Municipal Court is planning to launch a new court case management system in an effort improve efficiencies and provide better service to the public.

The Atlanta Municipal Court has chosen Pioneer Technology Group to replace their aging Court Case Management System. Benchmark will simplify The City’s court processing and improve public service for their residents and visitors of the Court.

After completion of the roughly twelve month project, Atlanta will have a seamless court process that manages the full life cycle of a case without reliance on physical paper. The move to Benchmark was prompted by the court’s desire to significantly improve the experience for all users of the court; the public, attorneys and staff.
